Using win build 2000011409m13 commercial. Mail folders don't show up, I crash
when I try to check my server setup (i'll log a separate bug), and my folder
pane is reordered to list news accounts on top and mail accounts below.
1. Launch mozilla.exe
2. Select Mail from the Tasks menu
3. Click the Expand widget on one of your mail accounts
Result: no folders are listed and the expand widget dissappears
Expected: to see all my folders.

I justed backed out andreas. this should be fixed after they respin.
Using build 2000020709m14 on win and 2000020708 on Linux and Mac this is fixed.
Verfified.
