I hate reporting duplicate bugs.

I also hate it when the bug that my bug was marked dupliacte of has a really
cruddy summary.

This might be difficult/server intesnive, but I think this is dealable,

Have an extra filed in the database for duplicate summary words, and copy every
duplicate bugs summary into the exteneded_by_dupes_summary..

another method for attacking this problem is searching for bugs marked as dupes
in the bug submission form, and returning the bug that the querry was marked a
duplicate of, as many times as the new querry matches an old duplicate bug.  (or
count the number of times bugs that are dupicates of a certain bug return a
positive match, and RANK the bugs according to the number of duplicates that
there are)



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.search for the kwywords that I know of for a bug
2. find no bugs that match
3. create a new bug
4. have bug marked as duplicate for some bazzarly summarized bug.
5. feel pitty for the hard working bugzilla admins that manually sort through
the duplicates
6. feel sorry for the end users who don't get functionality because all of the
developers time was spent dealing with duplicate bugs


Actual Results:  
probbably ticked off some gentoo and firefox developers

Expected Results:  
join an existing bug, and hopefully provide some insight.

marked as bug, because we sure get a lot of duplicates, and that is a waste of
time and energy, on the scale of timem wasters as occasional  major crashes.
