The message filters do miss a 'mark as spam' target. The reasoning behind
this is, that if you run a centralized spam detection software like
SpamAssassin and just move the messages based on the result and run
Mozilla's local Bayes filter for the remainder (centralized filtering
will never be perfect but enables to reject a certain amount of spam
at MTA level):
1. the local Bayes filter doesn't get trained
2. SPAMs don't get autodeleted after the configured grace time as they
are not marked as SPAM
