Viewing the Cascading Style Sheets for a web page would be a much used 
function.  Adding this under "View Source" in the right click context popup 
menu would make the most sense.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on web page.
2. Look for View Page CSS.

Actual Results:  
"View Page CSS" not there.

Expected Results:  
"View Page CSS" should be listed under View Page Source.
