Details

At the moment, nsXULDocument::StartDocumentLoad duplicates some code in
nsDocument::Reset, and nsXMLDocument::StartDocumentLoad needs to share code with
nsHTMLDocument::StartDocumentLoad in the XHTML case.

We should look into better refactoring of all this code in general.
