Copying the status whiteboard from bugs marked duplicate would be helpful

It would be nice if the status whiteboard was copied from bugs closed as
duplicate to the bug that was retained.  

I was thinking that it could just be added as part of the 'X was marked as dupe'
bug, but perhaps if the whiteboard in the retained bug was empty it could be
added there as well...
