'leaving an encrypted page' warning should offer a 'cancel' button

The 'you are leaving an encrypted page' warning is great, but ideally I'd be
able to act upon that information. At the moment, mozilla loads the page in the
background and makes me agree that I am leaving an encrypted page.
Feature request: mozilla does not send anything until I hit OK, and if I hit
Cancel it stops loading the new page.
Reproducible: Always
