Select any of  subcategory like "Appearence" or "Navigator"  from "Tools->DOM 
Inspector->Edit->Pereferences->Category" nothing changes on the right hand 
screen from where we can change the preferences.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1)Click Tools->DOM Inspector->Edit->Pereferences
2)Select any of  subcategory like "Appearence" or "Navigator"  
from "Category"  

Actual Results:  
Nothing changes on the right hand screen

Expected Results:  
It should show a page which will allow us to change the preferences of the 
subcategory we select.

"OK" and "Help" buttons in DOM Inspector->Edit->Preference, do not work.
