Patch that adds Show Passwords button in Managed Stored Passwords sections of help
>- <li><b>Passwords Saved:</b> Click this tab to view the list of sites for which Password Manager has saved your user name and password&that is, the sites for which you selected "Yes" in response to Password Manager's request to store logon information.
Can you guess what that should be between "password" and "that is"?
I'd say & is wrong, r=me if you can come up with a suitable replacement.

Sigh... My only excuse is that it was there from the beginning... ;)

rlk: can you check this in, please? Tell me if you need the diffs for the files
with the xhtml suffix. Note that using_priv_help.html and using_priv_help.xhtml
differ...

This patch includes changes to the "dummy" files with xhtml suffix - otherwise
it's identical to the previous one.
