Details
Build: 2004042008
Platform: OS X 10.3.3
Expected Results: The DL manager should display the previous and current
downloads that have occured in that session.
What I got: The DL manager window is empty even when a dl process is occuring
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Camino and click on a link to begin a downlaod process
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/camino/nightly/2004-04-20-08/
2) While the process is occuring, open teh DL manager window ( Window -> Downloads)
3) Notice the DL manager is empty when it should be displaying the file name's
and dl progress of the active download.
This regression occurs on the 2004042008 NB.

Almost certainly another manifestation of bug 241199. We can re-open this later
if by some chance fixing that bug doesn't fix this.
