mht files are complete web archives in one file. This file contains all the web
pages stored as multi-part messages in MIME format.
IE 6 supports reading mht files. It also supports writing them (you can click
Save As -> web archive).
We should try to support this format in Mozilla.

sorry, I did search for duplicates, but nothing came up when I querried for "mht".
because bug18764 uses "mhtml"
