as you can see with xprop:

WM_NORMAL_HINTS(WM_SIZE_HINTS):
                program specified location: 0, 0
                program specified minimum size: 0 by 0
                window gravity: NorthWest

firefox explicitely positions itself at the upper left corner of the
screen.

This breaks window manager placement rules (Debian Bug #235209), as well as
being annoying for Xinerama users. (Debian Bug #241519)

1. Start Mozilla


Actual Results:  
Marvel as it is in the upper left of your screen.

Expected Results:  
It should have been either where last closed, or have an affinity for the
currently active screen.
