On the above URL, there is a combo box to the immediate right of the Comedy
Central logo (the starting value is "TV Shows"). When you click on it, try to
select "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart". Try as you might, when the mouse
cursor goes on top, the selection will jump to something else. Selecting with
the keyboard works fine.

Reproducile: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. Select the said combo box
3. Try to select "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart"

Actual Results:
You can't, when the cursor goes on top of it the selection jumps.

Expected Results:
It should select it!

We have a bug somewhere already on selects jumping when you try to select an
option that's wider than the select....
