241362 - unable to select file type under helper applications in 1.7rc1

In 1.7rc1, under Preferences | Navigator | Helper applications the list items
under "File types:" are not clickable for some reason. 
When I click on any of the list items, it's not selected.
Since i can not select a file type I can't edit or remove the type. 

There is also a strange arrow on top of the list, but that dissapears when
clicked a couple of times. Will attach a screenshot.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Preferences | Navigator | Helper applications
2. try to click any file type in the list
3.

Actual Results:  
No selection, no nothing. 

Expected Results:  
Select the clicked item, just like in 1.6

fixed in current builds, iirc....
