The plugin dialog box appears stating that netscape will find the plugin but it never does. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to the webpage 2.click on the unloaded item 3. Actual Results: the plugin dialog box came up but never found the plugin Expected Results: found the plugin

Having a little trouble trying to figure how how to read or use this system, but the problem is that we can see moving images such as weather radar loops. We get a message that asks us to download a plugin, so we click to oblige, but nothing happens. Still can't see the loop...
