If the screen size changes whilst FireFox is running, FireFox does not respond
to this change. This can leav the scrollbar on the right hand side inaccessible
should the screen shrink. It's particularly a problem when used in combination
with Remote Desktop

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open FireFox on a large screen, navigate to a page which needs a
scrollbar(here, for example)
2. Maximise the window, so that it takes the whole screen up
3. Log on via a Remote Desktop desktop connection, specifying a smaller screen size

Actual Results:  
The right-hand side of FireFox will hnow have disappeared off the edge of the
screen, and the scrollbar will no longer be accessible

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should resize to the new, maximised size.
