Build Identifier: Epiphany/Galeon all versions used with mozilla 1.6 and earlier

Any flash animations in Epiphany/Galeon have a 1 pixel border around the left
and top of the animation. This does not apear to be the case in mozilla but only
in the GTK apps.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a site with a flash animation in galeon/epiphany
2.

Actual Results:  
1 pixel black border apeared around the top and left of the animation

Expected Results:  
the animation shouldn't have this border
