However that behavior seems to have regressed. Now to open in a new tab, I have to right click and choose open in new tab. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Sorry - "clicking on the personal toolbar..." should be modified to "ctrl-clicking on the personal toolbar..." in my report.
