241908 - Possible Buffer Overflow/Race condition -- Continues to ask to install plugin when I don't want the plugin installed.

When I visit a site that requests a plugin, like say Flash, and I don't want it
installed, websites will continue to ask me to install Flash, or other plugins.
 There needs to be some choice for me to just say "no, I don't want this plugin,
ever", or "don't ask me again".  I consider this a bug because this is at least
as annoying as popups, except even more annoying.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Don't install any plugins and go to a website that requires them, preferably
one that refreshes every 5 minutes or so
2.walk away from the computer if you found the refreshing website and come back
an hour later
3.notice that you have at least 20 windows open asking you to install the
plugin.  This could be a possible race condition or even eventually cause a
buffer overflow if you leave your computer for long enough.

Actual Results:  
I have 20 new mozilla windows open asking me to install the plugin.

Expected Results:  
The software should have asked me once if I wanted to never install this
software so that Mozilla did not keep asking me every time the page refreshed or
every time I visted the page.  I've seen this on cnn.com, msnbc.com, sun.com,
and just about every other site with a plugin.

I think that eventually if you let it run long enough, your system would run out
of memory and crash... not granted its windows and something probably would
crash in the kernel before you opened enough mozilla windows, but theoretically,
if a malicious site was setup to do this and ask every second, then eventually
I'm sure they'd kiill at leats mozilla, if not eventually overflow mozilla, and
even help windows crash all together.
