241937 - Browser preferences do not allow selecting (and thus removing or editing of) mimetypes

When entering the preferences window for "helper applications", mimetypes cannot
be selected, so it is impossible to remove or edit them. New ones can still be
entered.

There is also a tiny drop down bar in the window when opened over the mimetypes
dialogue that disappears when selected twice.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Select preferences
3. Select helper applications
4. Try to select any mimetype
Actual Results:  
Mimetype cannot be selected.

Expected Results:  
The chosen mimetype should have been selected and highlit, and "edit" and
"remove" buttons go from shaded out to activated.

Using Modern theme, WinXP SP1 + all patches.

Further to the above, if you use the keyboard ("a" key) you can activate the
mimetype, but not with the mouse. It behaves a little like a dropdown box
(looping at limit of list visability, not going backwards,etc).  Edit and remove
buttons are now activated

If you close the dropdown graphic the appears when the mimetypes window is first
opened (by clicking on it twice). You have to select the shadowed mimetype to
activate it, then you can then use the cusor keys to navigate up and down the
list. The remove and edit buttons are activated. The mouse still will not select
a mimetype, you have to select with keys and then use mouse to use edit/remove
buttons.

This is already fixed in newer nightly builds and will work again in Mozilla 1.7RC2.
