gfx scrollbars missing common unix functionality

Details
Under both gtk and Motif, clicking with the middle mouse
button in a scrollbar track will cause the scrollbar to
immediatly move to that position. Doing the same thing
with gfx scrollbars does nothing at all. It would be nice
to immitate the gtk behavior when using gfx scrollbars.
