When you use the win32 installer to install firefox (thunderbird also has this
problem), there is a problem with the background (see screenshot i attached)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install firefox/thunderbird
2. look at the last page
Actual Results:
there was that background problem
Expected Results:
display a nice blmank background
