242452 - Folder which does not contain other folders should not be expandable in "Add Bookmark" view

Since the "Add Bookmark" window does not show bookmarks, only containing
folders, it is confusing to show the expand/collapse icon on all folders. 
Folders which do not have children sub-folders should not have the expand icon
to inform the user there is no more drill-down.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ctrl-D (Add to Bookmarks)
2. Click on down arrow to show bookmark folder hierarcy
3. Click on '+' icon next to quick searches to shw children folders

Actual Results:  
The '+' changed to a '-' which was hard to see

Expected Results:  
There should not have been a '+' icon next to this folder, as there is no
additional information displayed by clicking it, and the fact it contained no
children could have been indicated with one less click.
