When you set the focus on the address bar and press the arrowdown key the url
history shows up. But the drop down appears on the wrong screen, if you use 2
monitors as I do.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Maximize mozilla on the secondary display
2. Set focus on the address bar
3. Press arrow down
