Not sure if this the correct component, but it's closest I could find...

When using Classic style in Windows XP, tooltip in Mozilla show up correctly --
with yellow color background.

But when Windows XP is set to modern "Windows XP" style, Mozilla ignores the
system's color for tooltips and displays tooltips with white color background
instead of yellow (screenshots are coming)

Note: all the time Mozilla was using the classic theme.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
white background tooltips

Expected Results:
Show tooltips with yellow background color instead of white.
