User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040510 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040510 Preferences currently provide options for display of five buttons, including a 'Junk' button. But, to mark an erroneously Junked Email as 'Not Junk', the user must wade through 4 steps: (1) Click 'Message' menu. (2) Drag down to 'Mark' (which is a long way down). (3) Drag sideways to Submenu. (4) Drag down to 'As Not Junk' (which is also a long way down). With a 'Not Junk' button, user would need only one step (click the button). Much better! I do a lot of Mozilla installations, converting from IE/Outlook. I have to show the Newbies how to mark the messages as 'Not Junk'. With so much other stuff to learn at the same time, most of my customers forget how to reach the DEEPLY HIDDEN 'Mark'/'As Not Junk' menu item. It should be right up on the UI, where they can see it without calling me back on the phone. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create Mail Account, get a message. 2. Mark the message as 'Junk' by clicking the Toolbar Icon. 3. Mark the message as 'Not Junk' by going through the menu maze. 4. Compare dificulty of #2 vs. #3. Actual Results: Sore wrist, took a long time. Expected Results: Should have been fast and easy.
Er... if you select a junk message the "junk" button becomes the "not junk" button....
Also, if the message is being viewed, there is a Not Junk button displayed at the top of the message pane/window. Also Shift-J. Also the context menu on the message, which also has Mark near the bottom. Also, you can click in the junk column to toggle the junk status without the message even being selected.

OOPS! My bad. Thanks for the 'look at the button again' hint. I'm sorry to have wasted your time.
