Installing any extension makes that firefox doesn't run anymore unless that you 
create a new profile.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Installing any extension (adblock or user agent switcher)
2.restart firefox
3.

Actual Results:  
After executing firefox doesn't happen nothing, the windows doesn't appear but 
firefox appear on the process runing

Expected Results:  
Runing normally (the window should appear)

WFM. Try deleting xul.mfl in your profile folder?

This was before the complete change of extension handling.

Reporter - if you can reproduce this with a clean install of Firefox 0.9 or
later, you can reopen this and give details. thanks
