In Mozilla 1.7 RC2, the Release Notes item in the Help menu goes to:
http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.7
which doesn't exist (404 Not Found).
The release notes are at http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.7rc2/

Perhaps this should go to webmaster@mozilla.org, to put a redirect on the 1.7
page. :-\
