Around the beginning of May to Current (Mon 18), most of the night builds in
.tar.gz do not run.  The builds with the installer run most of the time.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Firefox with Firefox or Mozilla (I have home made install script
that uses wget)
2. ungzip, untar, and execute binary

Actual Results:  
Gnome 2.4 shows the hollow window special effect to show that a window is being
created however an instance of Firefox does not start.

Expected Results:  
The program should have loaded.

Running Firefox from cmdline has not output, errors or otherwise.
