Now that the aviary branch has a new profile system, we need to add some polish
to the new chrome.

This is a bug to keep track of those changes.
I added back the offline checkbox which is a requirement for thunderbird.
Disabled for now since it doesn't work.

This includes a new icon for app profiles in the list box. It still uses the
old migration icon for profiles that need migration (4.x) that would normally
show up in this dialog.

I'm currently showing a branded icon in the right hand corner at the top of the
dialog. I think this is eating up a little too much vertical space so I might
play around with a smaller branding icon or no icon there).
for comparison's sake
Are you going to even up the spacing on the sides? I think if you did that,
and made the branding icon a bit smaller, it'd look nicely-balanced...
I like the one with the branding icon better; perhaps we can remove the little
separator line? Go ahead and check in what you think is best, UI-wise, and darin
and I will work on hooking up the offline checkbox in a meaningful way.

fixed. I'm sure it can be refined/tweaked more as well.

The profile creation wizard could also use some clean up to.
