Hi.  Sorr if this is not the regith place to submit feature requests, but I
think that when the download manager pulls down a file and the little box rises
out of the windows tray saying that the download is complete, the active link
that is showing in the box should actualy take you someplace -- like the
download destination directory.  At the very least the UI is confusing as the
link implies that clicking it should take you somewhere related to the message
(downlod complete).  Thanks,  --chris

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download a file
2.Click on the link in the download complete box.
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing useful.

Expected Results:  
Something useful, like opening the download destination directory.
