Although the wrap option of "Find in This Page" is memorized in Mozilla and Camino, it does not memorize in Firefox. See also bug 237948, where I argued that the "wrap" checkbox shouldn't exist. Find should tell you when it reaches the end of the document (or the starting point), but it should wrap if you continue searching after it tells you that.
The new find toolbar doesn't have a wrap option at all, is this bug still valid?
In View Source, it is still the conventional dialog. And this problem is reproduced.
