If I type a word with an accent the search bar (I've tested wikipedia and
google), Firefox replace the accent by an question mark.

example : I type "géraud" in the google bar and it gets me to this :
http://www.google.fr/search?q=g%E9raud&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0

So google searches for g?raud instead of géraud...

No cool for French people :-). It seems that this bug did not happened in 0.7
version (I read this in a forum).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. write a word with an accent in the search bar (ie: réveillon)
2. Type Enter
3. That's it !!!

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
this :

http://www.google.fr/search?q=r%C3%A9veillon&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0
