244683 - Cancel Button Does Not Work on Master Password Popup When Launching Password Manager

I had not yet entered my master password during the current session.  On the
menu bar, I selected Tools>Password Manager>Manage Stored Passwords.  The popup
to enter the master password appeared.  I changed my mind, and selected the
Cancel button.  The popup flickered but did not close.  Repeated selections of
the Cancel button failed to close the popup.  

I can get the same problem by selecting Edit>Preferences>Privacy &
Security>Passwords and the selecting the Manage Stored Passwords button.

Steps to Reproduce:




Expected Results:  
The popup should have closed, and my request for Manage Stored Passwords
cancelled.
