When downloading a binary file, the dialog window allows you to open the file
with an application or save it to disk. There is no underline to show that you
can use a keyboard shortcut instead of using the mouse.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Click on a link that downloads a file (one that does not have a type associated
to it).
Actual Results:
A dialog comes up asking you to open the file using an application or save the
file to disk.
Expected Results:
Same thing, except that there should be an underline unde the "O" of "Open" and
one under the "S" of Save.
