User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 On the Mouse Shortcuts page, "Ctrl+Scroll up" and "Ctrl+Scroll down" are supposed to increase/decrease mouse size. On my system, it just scrolls the page, as if the Ctrl key isn't registering. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Pres Ctrl+mouse wheel up Actual Results: Page scrolls up Expected Results: Increase text size Using MS Intellimouse. I tried this with and without the MS Point mouse software running.
WFM using Firefox 0.8. Maybe is something related to bug 20618. Could you try with another mouse?
Yep, it looks like it's related. There is a workaround posted in that thread (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20618#c61) that works for this scenario. If I change my mouse settings in the control panel to scroll 3 lines at a time, rather than a page at a time, it works. Since there is a functional workaround, does this stay open as a bug?
I'll mark it as a duplicate of that bug then. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 20618 ***
