Text fields that contain very long strings (regardless of whether they're
without whitespace like in the testcase) are displayed with what appears like
parts of the string were redrawn over each other. If I select or edit the text
in the field, or move the cursor so that it has to scroll, the field is redrawn
correctly. The field is garbled again in the same way if I scroll the page down
and then back up, but this time it will be cleanly redrawn if I just move the
mouse over it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the test URL
2. Look at the "URL" field
Fine in 1.7rc2 and FF 20040530
I still see it in 1.7RC2, sorry.

Blocks: longlines
Looks WFM, and no activity in over a year. Closing WFM - reopen if I'm wrong!
