Crash when you try to remove current profile.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox.exe -Profilemanager
2.Create a new profile
3.Open FF using that profile
4.Close FF
5.Open Firefox.exe -Profilemanager
6.Choose delete/remove profile and choose the last profile


Actual Results:  
Firefox crashes in profilemanager

Expected Results:  
Warn me that the last used profile can't be deleted, that I have to start with
another profile before removing this one.
Or delete the profile and automatically select another profile to start with.
