Details

User-Agent: Firefox 0.8 (compatible, MSIE 6.0: Windows XP)
Build Identifier: Firefox 0.8

Fidelity accepts only recent versions of MSIE and Netscape 7.0. Setting the
general user agent override string to "MSIE 6.0; Windows XP" fails to achieve a
successful masquerade when you attempt to access site components requiring MSIE,
Java, etc.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to https://www.fidelity.com
2.Click on top menu "Research," then on submenu "Market News," then on any one
of the menu options on the left-hand side of the page that are designed to
generate graphic displays
3.Fidelity site then brings up info about configuration required to access site,
not the graphic displays themselves. No problem, however, with genuine copy of
MSIE 6.0.
the user agent for MSIE 6.0 on this win2k box is "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE
6.0; Windows NT 5.0)"

I don't think what you're using would work.
The JavaScript on https://www.fidelity.com checks navigator.appName and
navigator.appVersion. See bug 242308 and bug 166395 for more details. Marking as
dupe of bug 166395, as fixing that bug should allow you to access the site by
spoofing as IE better.
