Some websites generates "printer version" of a certain page without a menubar.
In such a case, there is no way to execute the "Print" command from a menu. I
know that Ctrl+P nevertheless do work, but this is not enough!

You can avoid this by setting dom.disable_window_open_feature.menubar to true in
about:config
