246068 - Install of Firefox 0.9rc overwrites existing bookmarks

I had a good collection of bookmarks from using the prior version of Firefox. 
When I upgraded from 0.8 to 0.9rc, the bookmarks were overwritten as IE
bookmarks were imported over them.



Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a bunch of bookmarks using a previous release of Firefox.
2. Install Firefox 0.9rc

Actual Results:  
My bookmarks were overwritten and the new bookmarks file contained imported
stuff from IE.

Expected Results:  
If should've seen my existing bookmarks file and kept it as-is.
