The two buttons in "choose helper application" dialog are blank. The buttons
are in the top right hand corner (the one to go up one directory level).
The problem was seen when the dialog pops up when a file-type was encountered
for the first time.
(This problem was found in the GTK version of Firefox)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a file type which hasn't been used before (example .pdf)
2. Choose "open with other..."
3. Observe that buttons are blank (no bitmaps displayed)
Actual Results:
Observe that buttons in top right are blank (no bitmaps displayed)
Expected Results:
show bitmaps

Confirming. I wonder if the new theme checkin has caused this. Setting
blocking0.9? since we should fix this for 0.9.
