246294 - bookmark losst when upgrading to firefox 0.9rc

When i upgrade to firefox 0.9rc, my bookmark lost and replaced with imported
bookmark from internet explorer. my previous installation is firefox 0.8 and
installed not using installer, don't know if this affect.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. copy mozilla 0.8
2. add several bookmarks
3. install mozilla 0.9rc using installer to same path as old mozilla
4. check if added bookmarks lost

Actual Results:  
bookmark got lost

Expected Results:  
check if there's existing version of mozilla in that folder and ask whether user
want to migrate the old data or use clean (or imported from other browsers).
