Printing this page generates an invalid postscript file which if sent to the
printer is ignored, and if saved in a file, gnome ghostview cannot render it and
explains that the file is an invalid postscript file.
To reproduce, go to http://www.mec.ca and click on "Paddling Gear", on the left
menu bar. You can also try this direct link if it is still valid:
http://www.mec.ca/Products/product_main_paddling.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=676559
From there, print and verify if the postscript file is valid or not.
This occures with Moz 1.6 on Fecora Core 2, with the latests RPM updates.
Reproducible: Always

Reporter:
What's the name of your printer you select in the print dialog ?
"PostScript/default" or something else ?

"PostScript/default" is the one I selected. Properties are set to kprinter, but
as I mentionned, when saving directly to disk, the postscript is resported by
ggv as being invalid.
If you asked the question, I must assume you tried it and it worked?

Well, there are many reports about problems with "PostScript/default" ... ;-(
The usual "solution" to avoid these problems is to install one of the official
Mozilla.org builds from http://www.mozilla.org/releases/ (this is neccesary
thanks to RedHat's policy - see bug 133534 comment #6) and install the Xprint
RPM from http://xprint.mozdev.org/releases/ - you should get a bunch of new
printers in the print dialog which should work then... :)
Summary: Printing page generates invalid postscript. → [ps] Printing page generates invalid postscript.

worksforme with Mozilla 1.7 branch build and PS module (works with ggv)
1.6 is old and not particularly useful for reporting bugs. please try a newer
version of Mozilla.

I suspect this is bug 236801; the sample page contains several 1x1 spacer images
which are stretched to fill larger areas. Hans, if you're still experiencing
this, could you print the sample URL to a file and mail the file to me (or
attach it to this bug report)?

Nope. I have not upgraded since Mozilla 1.7 has a bug with IMAP. I stay with 1.6.

Confirming that this is a duplicate. The print job has a couple of one-pixel
images that ended up being scaled to a height of 0.
