In my bookmarks, I would have: Bob's Friendly Page
It now reads: Bob&#39s Friendly page

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1.look at your bookmarks
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Saw the offending character string

Expected Results:
should have seen proper bookmark name

I'm running the latest mozilla and I have firefox 0.8 that shares bookmarks with
mozilla. So it's possible that firefox is causing the errors. All the
apostrophe's in my bookmarks have been turned into that character string.

However, when I go back to one of the pages that have an apostrophe and I
bookmark it, the new bookmarks look proper. The faulty bookmarks have shown up
in the last few days. I haven't done anything to edit the bookmarks by hand.
Severity: normal → minor
methinks this is a dupe
