I'm seeing this too. There's no help.jar in the chrome folder on my install,
and installed-chrome.txt omits Help. This is likely because of a
misconfiguration in the checkin for bug 240277; Ben probably only checked
whether my patch worked on Windows (it's fine in Custom installs there).
Another possibility is that he checked in an older version of the patch, but
that's extremely unlikely.
In any case this isn't a dup, so reopening.
