When using the link provided in the Theme UI (to
http://update.mozilla.org/themes/?application={ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384})
any theme selected (and confirmed) will not be made available in the selection
list. I get a brief entry for it with "Waiting..." but then it disappears. Tried
four different themes from that page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Tools->Themese
2. Click link "Get More Themes"
3. Select any (example: Doodle (Classic))
4. Click "Install Now"
5. Confirm installation
6. Theme appears briefly with "Waiting..."
7. Theme disappears from UI
Actual Results:  
No other theme available but Firefox (default).

Expected Results:  
Displayed new theme or displayed error.

New installation of 0.9. Previous installation of Firefox 0.8 was uninstalled
prior to install of 0.9 into same directory.

This should work if you try it again now.
