Downloaded the browser, rebooted and the program will not launch. No error 
messages upon installation. I had turned off my antivirus software while 
installing. after trying to open, I can see the process started however the 
application never launches.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on desktop icon
2.start program from task manager
3.open firefox.exe from program file

Actual Results:  
I get an hour glass for a couple of seconds then absolutly nothing

Expected Results:  
Launched the program

This is confirmed on Firefox 0.9.1 on XP SP1. 0.9 was fine but after deinstall 
of 0.9 and reinstall of 0.9.1 this problem appears. I see no hour glass though. 
This happens after fresh start aswell.
