If you try to install a new theme while the theme manager is open, if you've
installed a theme this session, the new theme won't be added to the list and it
won't appear to download (however, my dialup modem starts to get slower, so it
seems it is downloading it anyways). To get the theme to download properly, you
have to exit FF and try to re-install again.
Closing the theme manager before installing another theme (if you installed a
theme this session) eliminates this problem.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a theme using FF 0.9's theme manager
2. Leave the manager open
3. Attempt to download another theme
Actual Results:
The second theme doesn't appear to download
Expected Results:
The second theme is added to the list and begins to download

I am unable to reproduce this with the latest branch build installing any of the
top 3 themes at update.mozilla.org. If you can reliably reproduce a problem with
the latest branch builds
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-0.9/ then please
reopen this bug. Thanks.
