i am using the linux 2000 01 21 08 build when i am on a website and i click on the grey area of the scroll bar then the thumb of the scroll bar jumps down.. but if i keep doing that until the location of the jump is under the cursor the scroll bar keeps going down.. but if i keep moving the cursor so that the thumb jump wont land under neath it it never does this.
I was pretty sure this was a dup, until my search for the original failed. assigning to evaughan as p4 for m16
